Registering for any RippleFX trip is a two step process.
Once we receive your registration form we will send an invitation to you for a RFX account. This account will give you access to all of our Trip Leader Resources. Which you can access on our website.
Once you submit your Group Registration Form you have two weeks to get us your deposit for spots. If we do not get your deposit within two weeks you run the risk of forfeiting your spots.

Once you fill out the Group Registration Form below we will send you a login link for Trip Leader Resources. Follow that link and login, download everything you need and then you can get started on inviting and including students.
If you mis-calculated and your group ends up growing that is cool. Just send us an email and request more spots. If we have room then you are welcome to bring more folks. We can adjust spots up until one week prior to the trip. So - the Friday
All deposits are non-refundable. However if you find that your group size will not be as large as you thought we do allow groups to reduce their spots without penalty. You simply have to send us an email letting us know you are reducing your group size. There is a deadline for this about three weeks before your trip date. ALL-IN Spot Drop Deadline is October 25.
