BUILDING AND LEADING MINISTRY TEAMS

RippleFX is thrilled to facilitate a cohort to empower ministry leaders to mobilize and advance their teams. 

The purpose of this 4-session cohort is to help those who work in a church or non-profit setting to have a heathy team - designing, building, and leading a team that is healthy. The overall goal is to help each leader attending to unleash the power of their team. 

When we examine the leadership of Jesus, we see him intentionally build, invest, train, and unleash His team. You are reading this right now because one of Jesus' followers carried on His mission. What ripple effects will God produce through your team?

This cohort is not designed to simply talk about ideas, but to ultimately put ideas into action. At the end of this cohort, each participant should have a clear plan that they can then implement in the next season for their ministry teams.

• This cohort is geared towards those who work in ministry settings but the content is applicable to any situation in which teams are utilized. 

•  We are admitting  10-12 people into this cohort to make our times of processing and group discussion productive.
