HIGH SCHOOL

 Jesus was a missionary and so in order to truly be His disciple we must also be missionaries. EXO is designed to prepare emerging leaders to be messengers for Jesus regardless of what vocation they are called to or where they live.

 EXO HIGH SCHOOL is for high school students who have completed their sophmore or junior year.  We will also accept high school seniors who have just graduated.  Those who register for EXO should know Jesus and want to experience growth, mission and community.

Each week we’ll engage with EXO in two primary ways.

TRAINING: First we gather for 3 hours to connect with our heavenly father, be equipped with missional skills and experience a sense of community with others who are on the EXO adventure together.

MISSION: Secondly we get sent out to neighborhoods to love people and practice the skills we have just learned. Don’t worry, you will not be out there on your own - you will be on a small team of fellow EXO missionaries. However, this will be challenging none the less, and with that challenge will come tremendous growth. 

EXO HIGH SCHOOL is a nine week program starting May 31 and concluding August 2. EXO does not meet on June 21.

EXO HIGH SCHOOL training times are each Monday from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Being a part of EXO is a 7 hour a week commitment. EXO participants need to be committed to attending Monday training times, as well as one time to go on mission each week with your team. 

EXO will take place at the ONE Center for Leadership in downtown Canton, Ohio. You can find out more about the ONE Center here: www.onecentercanton.com. 

EXO missionaries will be assigned to various neighborhoods and ministry locations. We will pray into this and let the Holy Spirit direct our steps for each person’s placement.  If you would like more clarification about how this works, you can give John Moores a call 330.354.5437

$99. This includes all training materials, as well as some simple hospitality during training days.

We are looking for emerging leaders who already know Jesus and desire to deepen their connection to Him and discover how to be used by Him to impact their world. 

EXO participants must have an open heart that is teachable, as well as a willingness to be uncomfortable and take risks in an effort to grow and be used by God.

We expect participants to be available each Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., as well as once per week for 3 hours to be on mission with their team. 

We do understand that participants might miss a week for a family vacation and that is totally fine.
